New chairman appointed for Party’s economic commission

Nguyễn Văn Bình, the former governor of the State Bank of Việt Nam, has been appointed the Chairman of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Economic Affairs. 
Politburo member Bình replaces Vương Đình Huệ, who is now the Deputy Prime Minister.
